Protection and Well-being of Indonesian Emigrant Workers

On 18 September 2014 at Jakarta, Indonesia, PERWALU PPTKIS APJATI and IMPSER both parties entered into willingness to cooperate in the implementation of program of overseas representative (PERWALU) for counseling and protection of Indonesian workers in the form of legal aid and other things in the destination country of placement of Malaysia.

Principle

The cooperation is to be established based on the following principles:

	Being mutually beneficial to PERWALU PPTKIS APJATI and IMPSER
	Being contributive to protection and well-being of Indonesian emigrant workers.
	Being compliant with Government regulation of Indonesia & Malaysia.

Counseling and Protection

Objective

The cooperation between PERWALU PPTKIS APJATI and IMPSER is to prepare counseling and protection of Indonesian workers in the form of legal aid and other things in their destination country of placement in Malaysia.

Mission

1. IMPSER will act as a working partner of PERWALU PPTKIS APJATI to conduct services for counseling and protection against Indonesian emigrant workers; perform related business and as mediation for communication between PERWALU PPTKIS APJATI and other parties in Malaysia in order to increase protection against Indonesian emigrant workers in Malaysia.

2. PERWALU PPTKIS APJATI facilitate and take care of all the necessary permits associated with the implementation of the program Perwalu in Malaysia, both upon the Indonesian government in Indonesia, and the Indonesian Government Institution which are in Malaysia.
